Pirates Theme Day Takes Over at OBP!

We set sail into 2026 at OBP with a bang as we launched our first theme day of the year: Pirates!

On March 12 and 13, 2026, our offices transformed into a lively crew of captains, treasure hunters, and fearless pirates, all ready for adventure. We showed up in full pirate gear, bringing creative costumes, handmade props, and a team spirit that filled every corner. Teams went all out, from matching outfits to playful roles, each adding their own twist to the fun. The office was alive with laughter, energy, and excitement as we dove into the theme together.

The excitement started way before the big day. Teams were given enough time to brainstorm, design costumes, and craft props for our photo and video shoots. Everyone pitched in, shaping our own unique pirate stories. With teamwork and creativity at the helm, each group brought their vision to life, making sure every detail was spot on.

When it was time for the shoots, we jumped right in! Everyone came prepared, costumes and props in hand, ready to bring our pirate visions to life. We helped each other with last-minute touches, making sure every shot captured our hard work and creativity.

The excitement hit its peak during the announcement of winners. Gamma cheered as Team Erica took the top spot, while Cubao celebrated Team Lovel’s big win. The room filled with applause, not just for the winners, but for everyone’s effort and creativity. The energy stayed high from start to finish.

Individual recognition made the day even more special. John Red Fabregas from Team Dale was named Best Male Representative, while Laureen Laurio from Team Erica earned Best Female Representative. Both stood out for their confidence, presence, and spot-on pirate looks.

But what truly stood out was the effort behind every detail. We planned together, polished our concepts, and made sure every visual was just right. That dedication shone through in every photo and video, showing off the time, care, and teamwork we put in. The whole experience brought us closer and built an even stronger sense of connection across the workplace.

Our Pirates theme day was a true showcase of what makes OBP special: participation, creativity, and teamwork, all fueled by genuine effort. Once again, we proved that when we come together as one crew, we do not just show up—we set sail, take the lead, and turn the day into a full-blown adventure.
