Music, Moments, and Legacy: OBP’s Most Electrifying Night of the Year

As the lights dimmed and the spotlight lit the stage, excitement and anticipation filled the room. Colleagues reimagined iconic award-show moments, surprising everyone and turning the night into a celebration made by us, for us. Laughter, applause, and even a few happy tears reflected how much we value not just achievements, but the creativity, passion, and spirit each person brings to the OBP family. That’s just who we are at OBP.

Last December 13, 2025, more than 800 OBP stars gathered at One Space Ayala in Makati for the most-awaited night of the year. With the theme “The Grammys Night,” everyone arrived ready to shine—dressed in bold, glamorous, and Grammys-inspired looks that lit up the venue and set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Beyond the glitz and glamour, OBP’s biggest night of the year was a tribute to the hard work, consistency, and commitment our teammates showed all year. The celebration focused on those whose dedication truly stood out.

The evening proudly honored our Support of the Year, Manager of the Year, and Employee of the Year—individuals who not only achieved excellence but also inspired others through their leadership, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to our shared success.

For Kimberly Caballero, being named Support of the Year was both humbling and emotional. After eight years with OBP, she learned that patience, consistency, and caring for others really matter. Her advice: don’t give up. Growth takes time, but it’s worth it.

Being named Manager of the Year, Kristine Besa reflects on the collective effort of her team that supports one another and strives for excellence together. She believes success comes from trust, clear communication, and empowering people to grow.

Quennie Valerie Bordeos felt honored to be named Employee of the Year-an unexpected reminder that hard work really does pay off. She credits it to showing up, giving her best everyday, staying engaged, with one simple advice: keep working hard, stay positive and don’t stop learning.

One of the most anticipated highlights of the evening was OBP Got Talent, where the company’s best in music and dance took the stage. Four teams from Gamma and Araneta competed, each recreating iconic award-show performances that got the crowd on their feet: AMplified Gamma, NytFlix, Araneta Legacy United, and Ace of All Trades.

The competition was fierce, with show-stopping performances and memorable interpretations. In the end, Ace of All Trades won the championship, leaving the audience cheering for more.

Clyd, one of the coaches of Ace of All Trades, was proud to lead the team to victory at this year’s OBP Got Talent. For her, the win was about more than just talent. It took commitment, trust, and supporting each other through long days, late nights, and many rehearsals. From the first practice to the final show, the team learned, encouraged, and pushed each other to do their best.

For coach Rica, leading Ace of All Trades to win at OBP Got Talent was an exciting journey filled with lessons in patience, teamwork, and leadership. She said that listening to every idea, being open to new opinions, and uniting the team around a common goal helped them succeed. Rica also praised the other teams for their strong commitment and for pushing through, even when facing personal challenges.

The coaches credited their win to the team’s hard work, support from OM Louel and TM Peter, help from Araneta GY management and teams, and the effort of choreographer Nico. Winning first place was exciting, but what they’ll remember most are the friendships and memories they made. For them, this big moment is just the start of many more good times together.

Teams from both the Araneta and Gamma sites also brought energy and style as they competed in the Music Video Recreate and Decorate Your Bay contests.

Our stars didn’t hold back as they jumped into the Music Video Recreate and Decorate Your Bay contests, filling the season with energy, creativity, and lots of OBP pride.

The Music Video Recreate challenge had everyone smiling and singing along as teams showed off their moves and personalities. Team Angie quickly became a crowd favorite and won with their fun, high-energy take on Psy’s “Oppa Gangnam Style.”

Meanwhile, our offices were turned into festive showpieces. Team Mitch impressed the judges and took first place in the Decorate Your Bay contest with their Traditional Filipino-inspired design, perfectly capturing the warmth and charm of Christmas in the provinces.

It was all about having fun, working together, and celebrating the creativity that makes OBP shine.

No Grammys night is complete without a red-carpet moment! Jermaine Llaneta and Junnard Galvez shone as Best Dressed Male and Female, turning heads with their stylish, show-stopping outfits.

As the night ended and the last applause faded, the excitement lingered. We didn’t just celebrate our award winners—we celebrated what happens when the OBP family comes together. Laughter, surprises, and amazing performances showcased the heart and talent that make us who we are. As we danced under purple laser lights, one thing was clear: we can’t wait to do it all again next year.
