Responsibilities
Real-time monitoring of CCTV across all departments
Checking of discrepancies for all employees' schedule adherence vs. actual productivity
Ensures productivity and efficiency in all department by escalating issues regarding employee’s schedule adherence to their respective manager/s
Generates report and confirms accuracy prior to sending to the Operations & HR Manager
Supports Payroll in making sure that the employee time keeping record is accurate
Works with IT Team with issues involving the tools needed - CCTV cameras, Biometrics, etc.
Other tasks that will be assigned by the HR Supervisor
Requirements
Must be a graduate of any Business, Tech/ IT-related course or completed at least 2-years in college
At least 1-year of solid experience in the same role is required for this position
Must have experience in forecasting labor requirements, creating and managing staff schedules
Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral
With good analytical skills and keen to details
With good organizational skills
Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner (integrity)
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule and holidays
