Responsibilities

Salary: 30,000-35,000

  • Provide administrative support for import and procurement activities, ensuring paperwork is filed, organised and easily accessible
  • Maintain and update internal freight trackers, shipment status reports and import documentation
  • Support the coordination of import/export processes, liaising with internal teams, freight partners and suppliers where required
  • Assist with the set-up, maintenance and ongoing accuracy of product data within the internal Product Information Management (PIM) system
  • Raise and manage purchase orders in line with agreed requirements and procedures
  • Support the procurement team with supplier communications via phone and email
  • Build a strong understanding of Talasey products, suppliers and supply chain processes
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy across all documentation, data entry and reporting
  • Carry out general administration and ad-hoc support duties as required by the Procurement team
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive commercial, supplier, pricing and product information at all times.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel; experience with XLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is desirable
  • Experience of using SAGE 200
  • Able to learn new systems and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Able to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • 1 – 2 years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics or administration
  • Experience working with product data, PIM systems or MRP systems.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work well independently with limited supervision
  • Full-time positions available
  • Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work in any shift
