Responsibilities

Salary : 17,000 - 21,000

  • Compile and enter data from source documents into computer database, files, and forms. Ensure accuracy of completed work at all times. 
  • Responsible for customs declaration creation, conversion, and valuation. 
  • Handling customs and quarantine documents, including HBL, PKL, CIV, PKD, and COO. 
  • Prepare and review customs documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations and requirements. 
  • Research any required information using available resources 
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies. 
  • Provide customers with product and service information to the highest quality standard 
  • Prepare and finalize reports (i.e., End of Day Report, other reports as requested) 
  • Attend to client calls and meetings as necessary 
  • Ensure that assigned and discussed KPIs are met 
  • Any other related tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team Leader 
  • Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations 

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam in Customs or similar), Logic/Transportation, or equivalent 
  • Preferably at least 1-year experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics 
  • With import/export shipment data entry experience 
  • With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 50 WPM  
  • Knowledgeable in CargoWise One is an advantage but not required 
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy 
  • Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written 
  • Flexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when required 
  • Must be knowledgeable in pre-lodgement procedures, customs declaration creation, conversion, and valuation. 
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao
  • Can start ASAP and amenable to any work schedule
