Responsibilities
Analyze and validate import and export shipping documents. (E.g. Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Bill
of Lading etc.)
Must accurately enter all shipping details to system as per documents.
Pass over jobs either to local team mate, counterpart or send for lodgment all compiled and tasks.
Ensure accuracy of completed works at all times
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Provide customers with product and service information with the highest quality standard
Research any required information using available resources
Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or the client
Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam in Customs or similar), Logic/Transportation, or equivalent
Preferably at least 1-year experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics
With import/export shipment data entry experience
With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 45 WPM
Knowledgeable in CargoWise One is an advantage but not required
Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
Flexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when required
Must be knowledgeable in pre-lodgement procedures, customs declaration creation, conversion, and valuation.

Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
