Job Summary

Responsibilities

Client specific tasks: 

• Develop and implement a new web/application maintain existing applications 
• Integrate software components and third-party programs 
• Testing of application including implementing automated test scripts 
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and code repositories and ensure project/issue/incident tracking standards are followed 
• Display a positive and customer focused attitude 
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, etc

Help Desk Support Duties 

•  Effective and proactive triaging, escalation, and resolution of support inquiries 
•  Monitoring internal systems and tools to ensure the availability of systems and data 
•  Contribution to a continual improvement of processes and systems through root cause analysis and  documenting knowledge base articles. 
•  Participating in projects as and when required 
•  Maintaining the IT device register and tracking of IT devices

Requirements

•  At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
•  1+ years experience with PHP, SQL, or C# 
•  Microsoft WinForms experience a plus 
•  SQL Server 
•  Visual Studio 
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
•  Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage own time 
•  Keen attention to detail 
•  Friendly and easy to work with 
•  A willingness to learn 
•  Problem solving skills
• Willing to work in Ortigas and/or Cubao office
• Can start ASAP
