Responsibilities
Client Specific Tasks:
System Support & Technical Leadership:
Act as the lead technical authority for CargoWise One across the organization.
Provide advanced support for complex functional, configuration, workflow, and reporting issues.
Define best practices, standards, and governance for CargoWise development and configuration.
Mentor and support other CargoWise analysts, administrators, or developers.
Workflow, PAVE & Automation:
Architect, design, and maintain advanced CargoWise Workflow processes, including complex tasks, triggers, milestones, and branching logic.
Develop and optimize sophisticated PAVE rules for automation, validation, compliance, and document generation.
Review and approve workflow and PAVE changes to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
Lead testing, validation, and deployment of workflow and automation changes.
Registry Configuration & System Governance:
Own and govern CargoWise Registry configuration including organizational structures, job templates, tariffs, milestones,automation groups, and system preferences.
Assess and manage the downstream impact of Registry changes on workflows, integrations, automation, and reporting.
Establish change management, version control, and deployment standards.
Ensure system configuration supports security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
User Administration & Access Rights
Define and maintain user access models, role groups, and permission structures within CargoWise.
Enforce security best practices and principle-of-least-access across the platform.
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and audit readiness.
Maintain clear governance documentation for user access and system controls.
Reporting, Analytics & Customization:
Lead the design, build, and customization of CargoWise reports and dashboards for operational, financial, and management insight.
Define reporting standards, data logic, and governance.
Troubleshoot complex reporting issues related to data accuracy, permissions, or configuration dependencies.
Support stakeholders in leveraging reporting outputs for decision-making.
User Support, Training & Documentation:
Provide expert-level guidance to users on workflow-driven, automated, and reporting-led processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation covering workflows, PAVE logic, registry configuration, reporting, and access models.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Integration & Process Support:
Lead support for API and EDI integrations interacting with CargoWise workflows, automation, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal developers and external vendors to ensure integrations align with CargoWise architecture and standards.
Troubleshoot complex integration and data-flow issues.
Continuous Improvement & Roadmap:
Identify and drive opportunities for automation, reporting enhancement, and system optimization.
Contribute to the CargoWise platform roadmap and strategic improvement initiatives.
Lead or support system upgrades, module rollouts, and major enhancement projects.
Oversee UAT and release readiness for CargoWise changes.
Requirements
CCP – CargoWise Certified Professional accreditation (mandatory).
Additional CargoWise certifications (Workflow, System Admin, PAVE, Reporting).
3+ years hands-on experience with CargoWise One in a senior support, developer, or system administration role.
Advanced experience with CargoWise Workflow, PAVE automation, and reporting tools.
Proven experience designing and governing Registry configuration and user access models.
Strong experience building and customising CargoWise reports.
In-depth understanding of freight forwarding operations (Air, Sea, Road, Courier).
Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading CargoWise implementations or major optimisation programmes.
Exposure to courier API integrations and complex system backfills.
Knowledge of data governance, scripting, or integration design.
Experience operating in a multi-brand or multi-country CargoWise environment.
Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
